Blur not work

I am using garuda KDE Dragonized Gaming Edition, i am unable to enable blur effect while opening the window/apps, I am getting blur effect on live iso but after installation i don't get any blur background when i open any apps

Please follow the template.

Did you check the settings, did you search upstream?

“While” opening… you mean “after” the windows are opened the blur effect does not work?
