Black screen with static underscore

I just installed Garuda, I followed step by step YouTube video I did the manual partition of the hard disk. Everything was fine but when I restarted it I was left with black screen and white underscore (not blinking) . It seems like windows is still in there, because I get message that windows can't load because there is something missing from the software or changes to the hardware. So how fukt up am I?
