Black screen on startup need press key to boot

Hello since my last big garuda-update I have a problem on startup, after grub selection the screen stay black and no action continue. After some snaptshot rollbacks and tests I discover that the boot can continue after pressing space bar.

Anyone have an idea why ? and how to solve it.

During the garuda-update I saw many errors about packages dkms nvidia and dkms vboxhost missings that need manual action. I tried many thing, reinstall packages, the only things that worked it’s to remove manualy the correspong folder on /var/lib/dkms and reinstall nvidia package (vboxhost is no longer need) with pacman -S nvidia-dkms.

For now I suspect one package to be problematic : linux-zen-headers-6.12.4.zen1-1, this is the only one that present some warnings and error during the update :

I remark that the dkms install nvidia/565.77 is very slow during the linux zen header update. Also I think I will need to do the same manual action for hid-xpadneo/v0.9.5 dkms package.

your dkms issue is not the nvidia driver or the zen kernel.
the issue is xone.
