Black Screen and cant right Click on Desktop

Hello Fellow Garuda Users
I am using xfce Garuda and a few days ago my desktop went black after a restart and i can no longer right click on the desktop. I have been doing research and have not found a fix.

I have tried re-installing packages, I have tried using sudo dkms autoinstall, sudo pacman -S garuda-update remote fullfix and others.

Does anyone have anything that will help with this.

It wont let me remove it, Maybe i am just missing something?

remove

garuda-nvidia-config

too.

So that got rid of the Nvidia-dkms, But did not resolve the Desktop Issue
Is there any way to resolve the Black Desktop and not able to right click on it??
or will i have to Re-Install the OS?

I can’t remember Xfce, is there a right click possible?

Did it work on live ISO?

Somebody use Xfce? @BluishHumility

yes right click is a thing on Xfce.
It worked just fine up intel Saturday 27th. i turned the computer on and the desktop was black and i couldn’t right click on it.

Use working snapshot and wait with new update,
or post

cat /var/log/pacman.log | grep '2024-01-26' | grep -E 'installed|upgraded|removed'

Change the date to 27-28 too.
Maybe someone find the update problem.
