Best laptop for Garuda

I am using a MSI laptop and am planning to purchase a new one - please help me with something (these questions are specific to running Garuda only)

1. Should I go for intel or AMD ?
2. Garphics card ?
3. Specs with which I get best performance (like hot knife on butter) ?
   Any specific laptop suggestion will be welcome.
   Can I also purchase a samsung curved monitor and use it with Garuda without any issues ?
