Backup .ISO?

Any software that will let me make a backup of my OS & make it a .ISO? AOME Backupper would be good, but no linux version & it doesn’t mke .ISOs.

A little ify about the AUR, what about SuSE ISO studio? SuSE was my first linux with SuSE 8.0.
