Application menu(File, Edit….etc) and sometimes even minimize,maximize,close buttons are not visible.

I encountered some solutions for this problem on the forum that advise to edit the .cache/kwinrc folder but I only have kwin folder.

Would you please help me.

Look at

/home/$USER/.config/kwinrc

Open with kate or micro.

I changed the file like this

Other than that do I need to do anything?
