Apache is accessible from local host using both http://localhost and http://"IP of the system" from the host system but not accessible from any other system in LAN.

We know nothing about your installation and configuration, so there's not much we can do.

My experience there is limited and far back in time. Probably it is just a matter of configuring the virtual host.

Sounds like you have a local firewall enabled.
