Okay so a user had a similar issue as yours and here is @tbg 's suggestion:
But before that I would like you to install linux
and linux-lts
kernels and see if Bluetooth works in them or not. I don’t think it to be a specific KDE issue. If that doesn’t help then try the suggestion above.
Install the two kernels using : sudo pacman -S linux linux-headers linux-lts linux-lts-headers
and reboot .
You will most probably boot into lts if it installs the last. Well you can choose the kernel you boot into at boot by selecting Advanced options for Garuda Linux
in GRUB when you boot.
