Anyone has installed anydesk on there Garuda ?if yes can share commands

Anydesk -- various issues

So I installed gtk-engine-murrine (the whole issue is probably related to the sweet Plasma theme and icons that D460nized uses) and then I got a nice new error: 'anydesk' terminated by signal SIGSEGV (Address boundary error) But there was already a thread about that: I followed the advice given there, to remove the package appmenu-gtk-module and now Anydesk launches correctly.

The adwaita theme engine should be in the “gnome-themes-extra” package.
For the future, it would be easier to find what you are looking for if you copy and pasted the terminal output directly instead of manually typing it in.
