AMD Radeon Software

I'm trying to download the Radeon Software, and the three options are RHEL, Ubuntu, and SLED/SLES. Which one would be appropriate to download for Garuda?

Hi there, welcome to the forum!
What software exactly?
If you refer to the proprietary drivers, this is normally not needed, since the open source amdgpu drivers which are in the kernel work great.
Anyway, in that case, this is the guide to be followed:

The Radeon Software for adjusting graphics settings and monitoring the GPU.

https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-6000-series/amd-radeon-rx-6700-series/amd-radeon-rx-6750-xt

From the gentoo wiki to monitor your radeon gpu you can use this terminal command:

radeontop

I recon there would be a similar such command to adjust graphical settings.
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/AMDGPU#app-misc.2Fradeontop

While I search more, I see there are radeontool and radeontop that may have similar functionality.
They are console based tools.

Some other tools are mentioned here: Apps to Monitor AMD GPUs Using Open Source Drivers in Linux

For the official one, you may have luck with the latest .deb if you know what you're doing (I know it works with some other software), either unpacking manually or with the help of the debtap tool.
There's a chance it will only work together with the official drivers though, no idea.

From the list meanruse shared, radeon-profile-git should be a good fit.
Its also in the chaotic-aur for easier installation :grinning:
