All CD & DVD's are not accessible. Saying as Blank disk

Issue :

  1. Few CD & DVD's only detected and able to access its files.
  2. Some are detected and saying as Empty disk. But it is not empty. (The same cd's are accessible through some other PC's running with Windows OS and surely it contains files).
Report on things already tried:
1. Installed CD burner App - k3b. Still the problem exists.

This happens sometimes.
But it has nothing to do with Garuda.
