I’m new to Linux and I don’t know much about it. I just wanted to tryout garuda mokka but when i select the open-source installation (I don’t have NVIDIA) after Installing it shows a black screen and i can’t do anything.My specs are below
Device - HP Probook 445g7
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 4500U
Ram - 16gb
GPU - AMD Radeon built in graphics
Storage - 500gb SSD

Please try again using Ventoy for the USB (instead of Rufus, Etcher, etc) and select the grub2 option at booting when prompted.
Remember also to verify the checksum, after copying the ISO file onto the USB stick.
Black screen issues like that can be frustrating, especially when you’re just starting. Since you’re using AMD graphics, it might also help to try adding the nomodeset option at boot. Sometimes the default drivers don’t play nice during initial startup. You can do this by editing the boot parameters from the GRUB menu. Also, as Filo mentioned, using Ventoy and checking the ISO checksum is a solid move. Hopefully, one of these gets you past the black screen.
