Hi, what do I need to do in order for snapper to restore the @home section along with @ as timeshift does.
Timeshift does not take snapshots of @home by default as that is not a good idea.
I think the better method would be to install a backup program with fine grain configuration for that task. BackInTime is such a program designed explicitly for backing up your home directory. It is generally not a good idea to include snapshots of @home and @root together unless you store absolutely no user data files in your home directory.

Thank you, it's just that if I don't set the @home section, then after the recovery, the application shortcuts are not completely restored, although the applications themselves are functioning, maybe there is a command to update the shortcuts?
