Adding GRUB entry for another distro

How can I add ISOs from a directory to Grub to boot any of them?

You can create manual grub entries for each ISO. That being said, I don't know if I would call it simple or not. Something like this:

Found Windows Boot Manager on /dev/nvme0n1p2@/efi/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi
Found Nobara Linux 38 (KDE Plasma) on /dev/sda4
