Add the appmenu-gtk-module package

I made a video on the latest release of Garuda Linux. I mentioned in the video that the global menu is only working for KDE applications. This can be fixed by installing the 'appmenu-gtk-module' package. It may be a good idea to have this installed by default in feature versions.
