Actions menu goes to top leftish corner of primary display

Since the update to Plasma 6 the actions menu, the menu that pops up when right clicking on the title bar of a window always opens where the global menu on the default dragonized theme is. I like the dragonized colors but don’t like the global menu.

I have been search the internet, the forums, the system settings, and can’t find anyway to change this behavior. Is this just the way plasma behaves now? Or is there a setting somewhere that I am missing?

As you can see with my setup right clicking on the right monitor then having to go all the way to the left side of the left monitor is super annoying.

Any advice to get my setup working how it was with plasma 5 would be much appreciated.
