I have searched all over the place and have found no help, is it possible to install access? I have to have it for a class.

Have you tried using Wine to install Microsoft products?
sudo pacman -S wine
You maybe able to install MS Access or even the full office suite in that

Or probably install Bottles so it can try fix up dependencies for you.
Also
Probably try to install the ones with [silver] rating. 2007 will probably be the smoothest for you
