Are the horizontal bars visible in the screen shot? I guess they are not obvious to me.

Someone is trying to spy on you, if not already done BTW

Have you tried without optimus-manager? Why was it preferred? What problem did you solve with it?

Yeah I just realised it is a hardware problem after connecting with many other devices. Seems like it coincided with both windows update and nvidia-update.
What a bad coincidence

I am unable to reply  it keeps giving 403 error

This happened to me once. After probably an hour of poking around I discovered that if I removed the directory path I had noted in my post (I forget what it was), the post was allowed to be published.

If you do a Whoogle search for "403 site:meta.discourse.org" you will get a ton of hits for discussions about why this happens or how to get around it. Certain words or word combinations appear to trigger 403 for some people but not others. It seems inconsistent, but could be I just don't understand how it works.

In a lot of cases it appears this happens on purpose, as precautionary measures against malicious behavior are activated in response to flagged words or phrases. Other times it seems like bugginess, or perhaps there are just a lot of false positives out there.

If you figure out how to change your post so it publishes, I'd be curious to hear what triggered your 403.

I use a blocklist in my /etc/host. That domain is from there
blocklist repo

As soon as I uninstall optimus it results in samba daemon failed to start and so display does not load

Alright i was able to reply. Thnx. Idek what the flagged keyword was. I just put my stuff in quillbot and paraphrased it and pasted it back :joy:

First time I hear this daemon. If you meant samba, it is network related and should not create video problems.

whoops you are right
Ill create a new thread for this
