I am not a programmer or computer scientist, only an amateur, being self-taught I will not be able to contribute anything technical, I have always used GNU / Linux because I like it.
Hey guys!
I started with the typical .rpm based distributions like Mandriva, Mandrake, Red Hat, Fedora, Suse Linux and OpenSuse, then I stayed with the .deb based ones like Catix, Knoppix, Debian, Demudi, Agnula, different Ubuntus, Linux Mint and LMDE, among others.

I liked to try many different distros and all the live ones that are in my hands, so far I have decided with Garuda Linux, which if I don't misunderstand it uses .pkg.tar.xz or .pkg.tar.gz ( I don't know if also the .fpm of Frugalware Linux, as it uses Pacman)

Arch Linux made me curious, but Garuda Linux made me decide to take the plunge, I look like a kid with new shoes!
