I have just installed Garuda (XFCE) and added a theme to /usr/share/themes.
There are loads of themes in the folder that also do not show up.
I ran sudo gtk-update-icon-cache and updatedb
Did a restart and still no option to use the included or downloaded themes
What am I missing? TIA
Does the theme have Xfce support?
Why are you adding it system-wide manually rather than using a package?
If it’s just for your user, why not put it under $HOME/.local/share/themes or $HOME/.themes ?
