Change the app, or read the manual from the app you are using.
But there is maybe a setting missing in your app, but no fails.
I installed flameshot and removed xfce4-screenshooter. Is there a way to capture screen by PrtSc button via Flameshot instead of Xfce4-screenshooter? I couldn't find it in the keyboards list for Flameshot

thanks a lot, I figured it out now and Flameshot is awesome. I think Flameshot should replace Xfce4-Screenshooter as the default choice for capturing screen and regions therein. Would give better experience out-of-the box to new users without them having to figure this stuff out

I don't know if Garuda Team can change the default app here but if yes, they might take a look. I think SGS really loves that app too.

every Maintainer (Xfce=Yorper) use the software he likes in his DE.
We do not touch his selection
If you want flameshot in your DE use my i3wm
