Xbox One buttons swapped when connected wirelessly

Hey ,
I tried to connect the xbox one controller (both wireless and wired). I works perfectly in wired.
My major issue comes whens its wireless. It Swapped my "Y" to "LB", "RT" to "LT" and so many buttons were swapped. I installed xboxdrv and xpadneo, but no use.

Please help me with this,

Have you tried removing xboxdrv and replacing with xone-dkms or xone-dkms-git? Might also (or as a replacement) try xow-git.
