I installed Garuda GNOME and my windows just don’t show up in the boot menu. i wanted to dual boot my window 10 with garuda. Is there anything i can do.

Also send output of sudo fdisk -l
I'm guessing you had a spare drive left and installed garuda onto it. I assume Windows did the funny and installed it's bootloader to a random drive, which in this case was the one you installed garuda onto and thus wiped windows' bootloader.
