Ubiquiti unfortunately only targets Debian and Ubuntu right now, and judging by their forum responses over the last ~8 years, this is unlikely to change any time soon.
While there are tools that can slightly help to make a PKGBUILD using this, they usually require some experience to intervene to make sure everything goes to the right place, and to ensure the dependencies are correct. Once it has been packaged successfully, it can be published to the AUR for anyone to use. You can read more about the AUR here.
