Where is firefox/firefragon css set? (Qtile editiion)

For example I want to I want a different font used for numbers and want to remove the double spaces, example

What I have tried
Find is not returning userChrome.css
I dont think its a settings in the qtile confiq or arch fontcontrol

If you are talking about webpages, then I think css cannot do anything for what you say you want (I am not sure I have understood, so maybe explain with more detail).
Maybe javascript or something similar.

But how would you do anything if you don’t know css or other scripting?

For investigating css for webpages on FF, use developer’s console (Ctrl+Shift+i).
To modify specific pages’ css, I use Stylus plugin.
