If you are running into issues while upgrading packages, please attempt the following:
sudo pacman -Scc
This wipes your package cache, which can help because all packages in the repository are now basically new and changed. Signatures of old ones don’t apply anymore.
As for warnings regarding newer packages existing, or packages being downgraded: these can safely be ignored and will be solved by following system updates. If you really want to get rid of them, you might attempt:
garuda-update -- -u
This will downgrade packages to the version present in Chaotic-AUR. All of it mostly arose from the fact that packages were bumped for lib rebuilds on v3.
If there are still issues after following these steps, please stick to the standard troubleshooting procedures. In the worst case, the following might help:
garuda-update remote fix
