The PC I am running is an RX 6600 with a Ryzen 5 3600. I recently came to some issues with windows and it put me over the edge so I decided to switch to Garuda. I have the iso flashed onto an external hard drive and it is the main boot drive right now. When i go to launch the install process the only option that i found that works (kinda) is the “use proprietary drivers from nvidia” but i dont have an Nvidia card. The reason i say it kinda works is that when i start it up i get stuck on this screen and never make it to the install button. What would you say that i do?
use the open source ones, they’re built into the kernel and work perfectly.
AMD/ATI supports the open source kernel driver for Linux distributions.
