What am I missing?

I guess I'm missing some icons because I have a weird question mark beside my KDE Dr460nized text. I'll include a screenshot.
Plus, I found a solution for the same problem on the forum but that didn't work in my case.

Did you tried also installing noto-color-emoji-fontconfig?
Could you please provde also your inxi -Faz?

use kde's edition mode, and custom the text after dragon icon

yeah i had similar issue, make sure you have a file called local.conf inside /etc/fonts/
if you don’t have it you could try to fix it the way i did:
