Weird wifi notification display issue

Hi All,

I am having a strange display issue with the wifi notification area, where there is a blank black space in the wifi ssid selection screen between "configure" and metrics like "speed" as shown in the image attached.

Steps I tried to fix:

  • Remove panel system-tray and re-add
  • Restore default Garuda config for latte
  • Reinstall the OS (fixes temporarily until the install additional KDE apps screen)

Any ideas would be welcome.

Hey! I'm having this issue as well, this should be reported to the KDE issue tracker so the KDE devs get aware of it :slight_smile:
One thing to try beforehand would be checking if it also occurs on plain Plasma to verify if it's not caused by any modification.

I'm booted into KDE lite, more or less vanilla configuration, also on 5.18.5-zen and I don't have that black bar:
