Weird program overlay when page is not focused

Hey, not entirely sure why this is happening, but when I focus another monitor (or even another app), there's this weird overly that seems to be the page that's behind the one that was previously focused (hard to explain, but the screenshot should give you a better idea -- you can faintly see it in the background, more noticeable toward the footer with all the white text)

Is there a setting I can change to fix this?

Not sure how much it matters, but I'm on the KDE Gaming edition

Try System Settings > Workspace Behavior > Desktop Effects, find Translucency and click the 'Configure' slider icon next to it then move the first slider for 'inactive windows' to the right towards Opaque

Change your theme to Breeze to see if it is corrected.
