Want to Remove Speaker Entries from Audio Volume Menu in taskbar

Hi there, so I was playing around with my noise cancellation in PulseAudio Arch wiki and I succeeded in it. But the issue now is that I have three entries for each device in my audio dropdown and it's getting kind of messy. Is there any way to set the speakers to one default and remove other noise-canceled options (for the speakers), I need it for the mics only.
