Summary

Hello Garuda users.

Please read the following template before requesting assistance:

Please post the terminal/konsole input and output as text (no pictures) from the following command:

garuda-inxi

Refusing to post the output of the required “garuda-inxi” on a help request will likely result in you not receiving any help from the Garuda team. A failure to provide your system specs may also result in your thread being closed without notice, (as without this information providing assistance is often next to impossible).

Before opening a new help request, please search the Arch and Garuda Wiki’s, and read any relevant sections related to your issue. Also, thoroughly search any error messages in the forum’s search engine and on the web. For in depth information on how to search for answers to Linux issues effectively read the tips on the Garuda Wiki:

sure give me a minute to come back from reboot, and I’ll try again before reporting back

Please allow me to ask a question.

garuda-inxi is the placeholder for inxi - ?

rebooted refreshed my keys, updated the repos and still getting the same error

vmware-keymaps seems to exist. What command are using to update?

not using a command. I’m a noob to arch, so using the GUIs

What GUI are you using? It may be an issue with the tool.

well was using pamac, switched to bauh and it installed, very odd

I am now getting that I did a partial upgrade, sending me to a link to try and fix

Run the command garuda-update

using tools again  I see what I’m missing, and no I’m not avoiding terminal like the plague, just find the tools super useful

No, it’s an extended inxi Faz, (extra infos for Garuda) made by TNE.
Scroll down his “inxi”

Thanks for the quick reply.

I can’t find TNE’s post quickly :face_with_spiral_eyes:
I ask because I find the last paragraph of the garuda-inxi very helpful and I would like to post this inxi in another forum if necessary.

Sorry for off topic

error: vmware-keymaps: signature from "Pedro Henrique Lara Campos" is invalid
error: failed to commit transaction (invalid or corrupted package (PGP signature))

Look here:

There is no post

/usr/bin/garuda-inxi

he’s the developer.
