Hello SGS

Thank you for inflaming a situation out of context when there was none to be had. If you read my post you would have seen that this issue has happened to multiple files not just vmware-keymaps and quess what, it happens to be the same coder. This issue might or might not be related, however there is an issue. Unlike SGS another member with the keymaps issued used Bauh instead of pacman and it worked ( Kudos to that person for thinking outside the box). This might help solve a certificate issue in pacman by the looks of it. But instead SGS you decided to make waves when no waves were required like a snot nose kid. And it’s a shame the community standards does not include covering people playing god to inflate their egos, as this is not the first time this has happened on this forum, it appears to have happened to other members. Joining here was a mistake, as you have made me feel less that worthy even use linux, as in your eyes asking for help is a form a weakness. If you did this in person you would get punch to the head as your attitude sux.

Regards

One angry member

I think you misread the statement, or maybe it was lost in translation.

He’s just saying Pedro does a lot, but it’s behind the scenes so most folks don’t notice how much he has taken on until there is an issue.

He wasn’t admonishing you, it was more of an expression of gratitude for a fellow team member.

It seems like this is just a misunderstanding. No hard feelings I hope, glad to see you found a workaround for the issue.
