How to do that?

In settings / general / performance (although this depends on the browser).
I kindly ask you to be a bit more "active": search, try, don't just wait...

This is just a wild guess but could this aoss be the issue. After trying out filo’s suggestion try uninstalling aoss.

pacman -Qs aoss

should tell you the name of packages that contain the name aoss.

I think this wild guess is spot on–to me it seems very likely this is the crux of the issue.

aoss appears to be a wrapper script for using the ALSA/OSS compatibility library. I don’t know much about it, but I know that OSS is an alternative to ALSA and when you install it you are supposed to blacklist ALSA modules and stuff–otherwise they will compete with each other and introduce conflicts. See here: Open Sound System - ArchWiki

Is OSS installed, or some version of it? It’s an AUR package.

paru -Q | grep oss

Is the OSS service running?

systemctl status oss.service

I think you should try to get all that OSS/aoss stuff off of your system and go back to straight Pipewire, then try to troubleshoot from there.

Is this a newly released CPU or NVidia card? How long has this model been manufactured?

If the answer is New, then try different kernels or just wait a bit longer for one that incorporates the new hardware.
