VAAPI Broken on default install (KDE Dr640nized gaming)

Hello everyone!
For some reason whenever i install garuda linux (gaming version, but happens on default kde dr640nized as well), my VAAPI is always broken and youtube is really slow. How could i fix this?

Can you elaborate on what is happening? “My VAAPI is always broken” doesn’t clarify what the issue is.

Yes, sorry for not elaborating
Whenever i launch firedragon from terminal i get a message saying:
