I'm using the old version of your logs (I assume the deletion was only due to an upcoming reformatting).
Your garuda-update has completed successfully, so there should be nothing to really worry about.
You have to reboot, since you installed a new kernel version.
That strange "grep" messages at the end

grep: /usr/lib/modules/5.1.4-arch1-1-ARCH/modules.dep: No such file or directory
grep: /usr/lib/modules/6.1.2-arch1-1/modules.dep: No such file or directory

might come from an error in the DKMS module install phase.

( 5/17) Install DKMS modules
==> dkms install --no-depmod broadcom-wl/6.30.223.271 -k 6.1.2-zen1-1-zen
==> depmod 6.1.2-zen1-1-zen
==> ERROR: Missing 6.1.2-arch1-1 kernel modules tree for module broadcom-wl/6.30.223.271.

This could be related to the broadcom-wl-dkms package (I see, just for example, that its PKGBUILD includes patches only up to 016-linux601.patch, while we are now at 612), but if your WiFi is working fine you might disregard this message, waiting for a future version with a possible fix.
You could also try troubleshooting this DKMS stuff using this Wiki article:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Dynamic_Kernel_Module_Support
You could try e.g. a

sudo dkms autoinstall

and look for possible error logs.
Or you could check the

sudo dkms status

and try e.g. removing broadcom-wl (version to be checked) from 5.1.4-arch1-1-ARCH (not from --all!).
I think the error referencing 6.1.2-arch1-1 kernel should be fixed after a reboot.
