Unresolvable package conflict between blas64-openblas and cblas

Trying to do a garuda-update, and running into the following error:

warning: reflector-simple: local (2.0-1.1) is newer than garuda (2.0-1)
resolving dependencies...
looking for conflicting packages...
:: blas64-openblas and cblas64 are in conflict. Remove cblas64? [y/N]
n
error: unresolvable package conflicts detected
error: failed to prepare transaction (conflicting dependencies)
:: blas64-openblas and cblas64 are in conflict

I'm unable to remove cblas64, but if I try, I get the following:

:: blas64-openblas and cblas64 are in conflict. Remove cblas64? [y/N] y
y
:: blas64-openblas and lapack64 are in conflict. Remove lapack64? [y/N] y
y
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: installing openblas (0.3.23-3) breaks dependency 'blas' required by cblas
:: installing openblas (0.3.23-3) breaks dependency 'blas' required by lapack

I'm not sure how to proceed. I'm not sure what programs I'm using depend on cblas or openblas.

Here's the output of garuda-inxi:
