Unable to enable audio in- and output at the same time

Hey there,
I have a weird problem right now: Whenever I try to configure my system to use anything surround-related my audio just dies until I switch back. I tried rebooting with surround, but that didn't work. The only way to get an analog audio output currently is to use "Analog Stereo Output" or duplex.
The problem now is, that I can only enable my system to use the audio input and output at the same time when using surround sound (Digital Stereo also doesn't work at all...)

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

Configuration of /etc/pulse/default.pa, please?

Pipewire.
I hate pulse.

/usr/share/pipewire/client.conf:
https://termbin.com/d948

(I don’t know, if this is the file you are searching for)

I use pulseaudio. Pipewire is still too experimental for me, sorry.
