Unable to create KIO worker. Can not create a socket for launching a KIO worker for protocol 'file' [Solved]

Hi all. New here just started using Garuda
Of late, after a while I start gettting the error “Unable to create KIO worker. Can not create a socket for launching a KIO worker for protocol ‘file’.”
When this happens non of my folders load any files. I tried looking online but I can’t find any recent threads.
I can’t seem to find the issue here either.

First thing, restart, it’s KDE

Thank you for gettig back to me.
Can I restart KDE without ebooting and how do I do that?

You have not rebooted since 8 days, so many things can fail.
Log out/in will not help.
And restart is named by KDE for reboot, like konsole for terminal, and so on
