Unable to allow other users to write files on a disk

I am unable to allow a different user on my PC to write and edit files on one of my hard drive partition. Is there any way I can allow that particular user to do so?

Teaching someone how to use, customise, and script Linux from first principles is a little outside the scope of a web forum.

The reason your thread was removed from the main forum is that this is not a Garuda issue. This is a Linux permissions issue which has been covered in great detail in 1000 other places online.

We try to encourage our users to search for answers to general Linux topics on their own.

We also strongly discourage users on our forum from cross posting. Which means opening multiple threads on the same topic when a moderator already closed a prior thread. Please do not open multiple threads on the same topic in the future.
