Tons of orphaned packages just after installation

Lately I had GRUB/ssd issue and I can't boot to my system so I decide to fresh install again. I got some backup of my personal file Docs etc....
So I have completely fresh Garuda KDE.

I did finish installation with Garuda assistant, system updates and install some extra stuff slack, docker, conky... but when I install some new package I notoced I have tons of orphaned packages, which I clearly need.... xorg-server, sudo, current kernel, current garuda sweet theme, partitionmanager....etc

I'm not sure why this happens; I have been following this thread, which describes the same issue, with great interest. Hopefully soon someone will crack the case. :man_detective:

Did you backup the hidden config folders and files under your old Home directory and copy them over, too?

Exactly what command(s) are you using and where, please?

I just copy regular files from Documents, Downloads, Video or manual crated directories like PycharmProjects etc. No any dot files or directories.

I just click thru Garuda Assistant when it popup during first boot up after installation.

OK, cool. Detailed information allows others to be more helpful in their replies. My bet is a .skel file (or whatever configs dr460nf1r3 is using) is the culprit. It is an unusual situation. Not one typically seen in vanilla Arch--that I'm aware of.
