4xx Client Error 421 Misdirected Request

A friend of mine has just paid for a social media platform to be coded.

Yet we have an issue with video uploads as the platform has been loaded onto a server (Although Dedicated IP and buisness hosting) turns out to be shared hosting.

This creates a major problem as FFMPEG is not available on this server.

I was wondering if it was at all posible to counter this error without migrating the platform to a new server?

Any ideas?
