Hello. My system is installed with garuda i3 and I installed Garuda Gaming edition on my partner's laptop. My computer has Tabliss enabled by default, but his just shows a blank page. I'm delighted to discover the Tabliss extension and I wonder why it's not enabled in the default/gaming version.
Since someone here writes bloat and dictatorship of the preinstalled add-ons from time to time, the maintainer must have removed it in the last ISO version. 
As @SGS says, one user's essentiality is another's bloat. You can never please everyone.
