Strange white screen when turning on/shutdown

So, since I’ve been using Garuda, I’ve seen this strange white screen (in the images below).
It usually appears for 1~2 seconds or even less when I turn on, before the login screen, and sometimes when I shutdown, also super quickly.
I wonder if it’s normal behavior at all, and (even though I don’t think so) it could be potentially harmful somehow to my monitor or something like that. Thanks

Do you have xf86-video-intel installed? If so, check if removing the package resolves this issue.

sudo pacman -R xf86-video-intel
