Startup Problem

Hello, this is the first time im using garuda linux and i have a problem. Everytime i leave an app open when i shutdown the pc. It starts up when i turn it on. For example i had firefox opened last night, and when i booted today it opened again. I tried searching the settings and google but couldnt find anything. Any help would be great. Thanks
