If you can master Blender, you can save a lot of time.
It took me forever to recreate the librewish inspired wallpaper with Inkscape. But for gradients I prefer Inkscape, probably because I have no idea about Blender.

By the way, taking any picture from the internet and putting the Garuda eagle on it is not what we want here at "Show your artwork".
That's really not art and could also infringe copyright.
