I've been assuming for years that my wallpapers could be installed on thousands of computers. 
But who knows?

Are you insinuating that these ingenious scientists can't change the background of their desks on their own?
If asked, you should be able to provide the source files used to create the wallpaper in a non-proprietary format, like an Inkscape-compatible SVG, .blend, .kra, .xcf, etc.

This competition winner's will be included in the Plasma desktop environment by default, which means, it will be there in all the desktops and distro running Plasma, including Garuda dr460nized.
