Shortcuts Edits not Saving

Ok so i have been using Garuda for years now, great.

Shortcuts that i have modified are now back to stock, since update, and now whenever i restart , all the edits i made have gone.

For example, Spectacle has a bunch of shortcuts that interfere with me when i game, so does every other app in garuda.

So I spent 30 minutes yesterday editing them all so they wont effect me and drop me into desktop when I am in a competitive game.

Restart today and every single one every single app is back to stock.

no other posts address this.

What exactly did you do?

Which update? From app, system?
What exactly do you edit?
In / or /home?
Please include the file name and path.

And

Just the regular update.

I edited the shorcuts from the settings menu, like have always done.

In the past they would save between reboots, now if i uncheck a box for a certain shortcut , it works as expected, but upon next reboot all the shortcuts that I have unchecked go back, this never was a problem for me until now.

Sorry for the bad format, I should know better, just frustrated.

Seems to be an upstream error, ask the producer of the app.
So you don’t know where the app saves the data. In .config, they are not deleted by the app, only changed by the user.

Same on Wayland?
I test it now.
Saved under .config/spectaclerc
Edit:
On wayland my edits on the shortcuts in system settings are not deleted.

None of the changes I make to any app, in system settings are saving.

I only ever changed using the checkbox in the shortcuts settings menu , for each app that has shortcuts - sorry saying edited may of been confusing.

I just ran an update , and tested again - its working now…?

Sorry I don’t know what fixed it, you can delete this.

Thanks for the quick replies, have a great day!
