I think my laptop really needs thermal paste 
because it is almost 7 to 8 years old and now even when I am just using text a editior
the fan is running on 2500RPM to 3000RPM on average and have around 45C tempreature .
But how can I do it ?

French machines are not featured (and they are AMAZING).
The ĀØArch userĀØ image is misleading. That way of making coffee is SUPERIOR to most of the others in many ways. You WILL get a good coffee that way. (it is similar to what an Espresso machine does)
Dehydrated ĀØcoffee" is not really coffee, it is just a bad impression.
I use Arch, yet I have both an Espresso machine (that uses steam) and a Nespresso.
For quick coffee, I use the Nespresso machine.
For GOOD coffee, I use the Espresso machine.

Well not neccessarilyā¦ you could disseamble the laptop and do it yourself. At least I think thatās possible, maybe dependend on the machineā¦ which one is it? A friend of mine does laptop-repair for a hobby and I am also quite fond of it. An 8 year old machine should be personally fixable.

Have you taken an air can and blown out the dust bunnies? Best also if you can open the back, but that might void your warranty/repair, etc.

Yeah, I can do it by myself but the problem is that I just have one single maching, which is this laptop , through which I am study, preparing for my exams while roaming around FOSS things and really I need my machine for almost everything like for even simple tasks like registering for the exams as many times they want something which I can only do in a computer , like down scaling or compressing photos of my own for putting it into the application form for registering or something even more than that like sharpening the blured photos .
I use to do experiment when I was a kid , I have even did some very terrifying things in BIOS in past too because of which it even didnāt use to start but I was able to resolve these things as well but hey if I will do anything with the hardware and if I mistakenly bricked something then I would be doomed!!!
Thatās why I said I have only one choice which is go to their repair center and can cost a lot of ā¹ā¹ā¹ā¹ !!!
